Responsibilities
Provide technical support 12x7 to end-users and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner through slack and Jira
Build and maintain GCP Machine images/Amazon AMI?s/Container Images using certain custom tools developed & maintained by Intuit.
You will be expected to quickly identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Effective collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to manage their expectations
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with GCP & AWS cloud technology, Containers (Docker / Kubernetes / Podman)
Must have 10+ years industry experience in a similar role should have a robust background in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
Must have knowledge on Golang - Intermediate
Must have experience automating software builds and deployments using Jenkins, CloudFormation and other similar technologies
Must have experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban and be proficient in using Jira or similar tools.
A passion for continuously improving processes through automation is essential
Possesses strong verbal and written communications skills
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
