Primary Skills:
Application knowledge on Temenos (Transact) Core Banking version R20 and above. Either Functional or techno-functional knowledge of the application, Implelmentation skills on the application is mandatory.
1) Experience in implementation of the application at least in 2 customer sites or experience with the Product development team supporting 2 implementations
2) In respect of Functional Consultants, good knowledge of the module structure, product catalogue, accounting rules, business rules, data mapping, requirement gathering, testing skills
3) In respect of Techno Functional Consultants, good knowledge of Temenos data models, experience on customization, knowledge of interfacing with temenos and good understanding the technical aspects of the application
4) Work closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.
Secondary Skills:
1) Knowledge in banking domain. Understands thoroughly one of the sub domains viz. Retail, Corporate or Wealth Management.
2) Good communication skills
