    SAP PP/QM

    Exp - 3 to 8 years

    Np- 15days to Immediate 

       


      • Need 3-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP-QM.
      • Must have good understanding of business processes in Discrete, Process and Repetitive Manufacturing.
      • Must be able to Configure and maintain the relevant PP-QM Master and transactional data.
      • Knowledge on end-to-end production cycle for manufacturing process like conversion of planned order to production order, Release, print & confirmation of production order.
      • Should have strong knowledge in ECM and DMS.
      • Should have In-depth understanding of SAP PP and QM functionality, Production Planning, MRP and Execution functionalities, Integration with shop floor systems (MII, MES), IDOC, Planning strategies, Batch Management, Serialization, Quality processes etc. Should have good understanding on Product costing from PP Master data.
      • Support Extract, Transform and Cleanse of PP-QM data objects.
      • Should be able to analyze Master & Transactional data and map the Manufacturing business processes in SAP from legacy systems. Create functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements and reports and forms) and guide the development of those programs within the development team.
      • Should have worked on at least one End to End SAP ECC Implementation/Roll Out/Migration project and aware about BRF-s, master and transactional data migration using various tools (LSMW, Query).
