Roles and Responsibility
Job Description :
1. Manual Tester
Exp - 3 to 5years
Np- 15days to Immediate
Write test cases referring BRD/DOU.
- 2. Coordinate with the different teams of axis bank for getting the test scenarios to be covered for UAT.
- 3. Perform test cases execution and maintain the evidences.
- 4. Update test results in test cases sheet.
- 5. Report defects to development teams and follow up for closure.
- 6. Publish the coverage and testing status to bank stakeholders at defined frequency.
- 7. Coordinate with other vendors who are part of the CR or project for end to end testing.
Must to have competencies:
- 1. Knowledge on testing methods and UAT testing techniques.
- 2. Able to write down test cases and test scenarios on own.
- 3. Understanding of defect life cycle and STLC.
- 4. Experience in testing web based and mobile based application.
- 5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
- 6. Experience in testing 3-4 years minimum
- 7. Experience in SQL/Oracle database and able to write simple SQL queries.
- 8. API experience is mandatory
Good to have:
- 1. Experience in testing banking application.
- 2. Knowledge on merchant acquiring and merchant services.
- 3. Understanding of recon/settlement of transactions.
Domain:
- Payment card industry / Cards/ Credit Card domain, POS, Switch Testing, SoftPOS, BQR, UPI payment testing
- Credit/debit/prepaid card
- Banking domain (Last Preference)
