Job Title

Asst. Manager – Inventory Management and Perpetual Inventory

Role of Resource in Project / Department 

 

  • Supervise the Shopfloor activity as directed by the Warehouse Manager
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and data integrity
  • Supervise the Warehouse Operator, Cycle Count and 5s across Warehouse
  • Obsolescence Management and disposal of Parts where ECN is involved.
  • Conduct Stock Audit and fix gaps recorded during PI by Reconciliation of goods Movement.
  • Coordinate with CFT team and ensure BOM Robustness and Deviation Management
  • Knowledge in End- End Warehouse Operation.
  • Follow safety rules and adherence to safety conditions.
  • Responsible for IM and WMS accuracy inside Warehouse
  • Report to Management related to Ageing Inventory and Dead Inventory of Non-Moving Parts lying more than 3 Months
  • Responsible for RTV Process as per company policy
