Roles and Responsibility

Job Description:

Job Title: Printer Support Engineer

Experience:  3 to 5 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

 

Roles & responsibilities:

·       Maintain a detailed log of all communication with hardware and printer cartridge issues.

·       Coordinate with partners to schedule engineers and monitor the status of toner deliveries.

·       Regularly check and monitor the levels of printer cartridges to ensure adequate supply.

·       Address IT help-desk calls promptly and oversee the tracking of new printer installations.

·       Review incoming emails daily and respond promptly as needed.

·       Keep accurate records of assets and track monthly printer usage counts.

·       Ensure that tickets in the Summit Application are updated regularly and share daily reports with customers.

·       Address and resolve hardware-related issues affecting printers.

·       Resolve software-related issues impacting printer functionality.

·       Assist with remote tasks such as creating scan folders, installing printers, resolving paper jams, performing firmware upgrades, and generating reports.

·       Manage and troubleshoot issues related to the application, collaborating with the technical team as necessary.
