Roles and Responsibilities
· To be a single point contact for enabling all the new
user ID across all internal IT platforms.
· Proactive in collecting deletion forms for deleting
user access rights for relieving people from the organization.
· Lotus Notes Installation & Configuration.
· Transfer case (expats) coordinating with relevant
stake-holders ensuring the domain changes/configuration as well
· Assigning permission on files and share folders on
windows AD as per request.
· Proactively managing critical requests during Managers
leaves by coordinating with Singapore support team wherever required &
resolving them on a timely manner.
· Ensuring IT assets are periodically reconciled, taking
stock at regular & required intervals
· Monitoring & Updating Antivirus patch for all PCs
and Servers.
· Support for T24 application (Core Banking System)
· Bank Electronics Support System (BESS-SWIFT interface)
and Maintaining Assets.
· Windows OS installation and troubleshooting and Data
Recovery of windows 10
· Printer installation, Configuration &
Troubleshooting (HP, Multifunctional printers)
· Microsoft Outlook Configuration and Troubleshooting.

· ID Creation, Deletion and Modification of Banking
Applications.
· Closure of tickets in BMC and ASOI Ticket portal
(Ticketing Tool).
· Installation and mounting of server racks and config
server 2012,2017 and 2019
