Main Responsibilities:
· Write Functional Specifications from Business
Requirements

Ensure
requirements are well understood, documented and translated to the development
team

Define test
plan / test cases and perform effective testing when required
·
Perform batch
monitoring, analysis and resolution
·
Handle user
account management, user access review
· Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
operational tasks.

· Good requirements management/testing skills

Good
troubleshooting/analytical skills
·
Skill in
creating and maintaining technical documentation
·
Good
experience in writing SQL Queries
· French language expertise for verbal communication
with clients
Profile Required
· Profile: 4-6 years’ experience in Business Analysis
and Production Support activities. Domain knowledge in Banking is preferred.
