· Investigate and diagnose the network
issues of Customers.
· Identify, track and resolve the network
issues of the Customers.
· Working on SR (Service Request)
ensuring that the SRs are attended to without violating the SLA.
· Alerting and monitoring with the Monitoring
tools and escalating issues to the right stakeholder.
· Drive resolution for Level 1 issues
(NPI Level) and work with other Team for other Levels (Project/Planning Teams
& MS Partners)
· Provide the correct closure to
customers over their issue with enduring solutions.
· Mode of Resolution through Airtel
Internal system, through emails, chat, voice support.
· Continuously strive for
self-development through multiple channels.
