Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: MPS Administrator

Experience: 2 to 8 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Good Knowledge in Print and Scan Services

·       Troubleshooting complex issues for secured printing solutions like Equitrac/Autostore/Output Manager

·       Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts

·       Coordinating and implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions

·       Knowledge and understanding of global security policies

·       Hardware refresh and OS migrations knowledge

·       Work on Service Improvement Plan and Innovations

·       Planning and execution of complex changes

·       Knowledge on Problem Management, RCA/problem resolution

·       Troubleshooting complex and business critical issues

·       Participation in DR activities

·       Creating best practice documents, known error records, knowledgebase articles etc.

·       ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
