· At least 5 years of relevant
experience in experience in creating, revising, and managing metadata for
various types of assets, with a strong understanding of industry standards and
best practices.
· Proficiency in DAM systems for
uploading, organizing, and editing digital assets, including knowledge of
metadata tag creation in any CMS and tagging within its DAM platform (AEM is
preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate strategies and
convey perspectives clearly and persuasively
· Strong attention to detail,
particularly in grammar, punctuation, and language usage, to ensure accuracy
and compliance with regulatory requirements
· Experience in client-facing roles,
with the capability to work independently, understand client needs, and provide
solutions aligned with their objectives
· Strong organizational skills to
manage large volumes of assets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Knowledge of file conversion tools
and techniques
· Familiarity with the healthcare
industry landscape, including regulatory requirements, compliance standards,
and industry-specific terminology, to ensure accurate and relevant metadata
creation and management, while not mandatory, is preferred
· Integrity, professionalism, and a
strong work ethic in all aspects of the role, including maintaining
confidentiality of client information and consistently delivering high-quality
work
