Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Automated IVR tester

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Develop and execute automated test scripts for IVR applications using CYARA to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.

·       Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test scenarios, create test cases, and execute tests according to project timelines.

·       Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.

·       Utilize strong SQL skills to perform data validation and verify integration between IVR systems and databases.

·       Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support the Agile development process.

·       Leverage knowledge of Enterprise web applications to contribute insights and best practices for overall system testing and quality assurance.
