Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Operation Manager

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Karnataka-Bangalore, Tamil Nadu -Thiruvallur

Responsibilities:

 

Oversee Transportation Operations:

·       Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and driver scheduling.

·       Optimize transportation processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Logistics Coordination:

·       Work closely with logistics partners to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

·       Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.

Order Management:

·       Supervise order processing and fulfillment to meet customer demands.

·       Implement systems for tracking orders and resolving any issues that may arise.

Performance Analysis:

·       Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

·       Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

·       Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

·       Foster a positive work environment focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

·       Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
