JD:
· Demonstrated experience in handling
end-to-end payroll activities including new hires and termination processes,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirements.
· Up-to-date knowledge and
understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations related to payroll, tax, and
deductions (TDS), ensuring payroll processes align with legal requirements.
· Proficient in managing tax-related
activities such as tax calculations, deductions, and timely filing of TDS,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
· Hands-on experience in handling
quarterly filing activities (like Form 24Q) and year-end activities such as
reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory
requirements.
· Expertise in validating Form 16
documents, reconciling payroll data with financial records, and conducting
thorough audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
· Proficiency in general ledger (GL)
processes related to payroll entries, and familiarity with SAP payroll modules
for efficient data management, reporting, and integration with other systems.
· Ability to perform data analysis on
payroll-related data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations
for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
