Responsibilities:

direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level
employees (but not a formal management role)
· More
technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
· Liaise with
Development team(s) ensuring schedule, milestones are on track
· Delivers a
work product that requires less revision
· Able to
facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Experience:
Level 2
· 5-7 years of
experience in BFSI of which at least 3 years in driving Lean Six Sigma projects.
· Having
experience of working with software development team would be advantage for
this role
Mandate Skill
· Lean Six Sigma
Black Belt certification
· More
technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas.
· Excellent oral
and written communication skills are required
· In-depth
Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
· Highly
flexible and adaptable to change
