Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical support resource
for the SAP Concur Travel & Expense system.
·
Manage and administer Concur system
configurations, including user profiles, expense policies, workflows, and
integrations with other systems.
·
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather
requirements, design solutions, and implement Concur system enhancements.
·
Conduct Concur system troubleshooting, issue
resolution, and root cause analysis to ensure system stability and performance.
·
Lead Concur system upgrades, patches, and
migrations in coordination with IT teams and vendors.
·
Provide training and support to end-users on
Concur system functionalities, best practices, and usage guidelines.
·
Develop and maintain Concur system
documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical
specifications.
·
Stay updated with Concur system updates, new
features, and industry trends to recommend and implement system improvements.
·
Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and
consultants to ensure successful Concur system implementations and
integrations.
·
Participate in project planning, scoping, and
resource allocation activities for Concur system projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
·
CIP (Certified Implementation Partner)
certification for SAP Concur is required.
·
3+ years of experience as a Concur System
Administrator or Consultant, with hands-on experience in Concur system
implementation, configuration, and administration.
·
Strong technical skills in Concur system
configurations, workflows, integrations, and reporting tools.
·
Excellent communication, collaboration, and
problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to work independently, manage
priorities, and meet project deadlines.
·
Knowledge of travel and expense management
processes and best practices is a plus.
·
Experience with SAP Concur integrations with
other SAP modules or third-party systems is advantageous.
·
Familiarity with Concur system upgrades,
patches, and migrations processes.
·
Ability to provide training and support to
end-users and stakeholders on Concur system functionalities.
·
Understanding of data privacy, security, and
compliance requirements related to Concur system usage.
