Key Responsibilities:
·
Collaborate with clients to understand their
business requirements and translate them into PeopleSoft HCM system
configurations and solutions.
·
Configure and customize PeopleSoft HCM modules
such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent
Acquisition, and Performance Management based on client needs.
·
Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and
resolution of issues related to PeopleSoft HCM modules.
·
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and
knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders on PeopleSoft HCM
functionality and best practices.
·
Assist in system testing, user acceptance
testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to ensure successful deployment
of PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
·
Collaborate with technical teams and developers
to ensure seamless integration between PeopleSoft HCM modules and other systems
or applications.
·
Stay updated with PeopleSoft HCM updates,
patches, and new features to provide recommendations for system enhancements
and improvements.
·
Document functional requirements, system
configurations, test cases, and user guides for PeopleSoft HCM implementations
and projects.
·
Participate in project planning, scoping,
estimation, and resource allocation activities for PeopleSoft HCM initiatives.
·
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and
enhancements for existing PeopleSoft HCM implementations, including regulatory
and compliance updates.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
·
3 to 6 years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM
Functional Consultant, with expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Core
HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition, and
Performance Management.
·
Strong understanding of HR business processes
and practices, along with experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft
HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
·
Experience in conducting workshops, training
sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for PeopleSoft HCM implementations.
·
Excellent communication, presentation, and
interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and
team members.
·
Ability to work independently, manage multiple
priorities, and meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
·
Knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and technologies,
SQL, and reporting tools is a plus.
·
Certification in PeopleSoft HCM modules is
desirable but not mandatory.
