Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Peoplesoft HCM

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

·       Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English to understand and resolve issues related to Peoplesoft applications.

·       Gain a deep understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in Peoplesoft modules.

·       Work in the shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST) to support global clients and teams.

·       Troubleshoot client-reported issues in Peoplesoft modules and provide timely resolutions.

·       Decode functional designs and specifications to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

·       Gather requirements from clients for enhancements or changes to Peoplesoft applications.

·       Create or update functional design documents based on client requirements and business processes.

·       Develop test plans and test scripts for upgrades, patches, and new implementations in Peoplesoft.

·       Collaborate with technical teams and developers to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and fixes.

·       Provide training and support to end-users on new features, enhancements, and processes in Peoplesoft applications.

 

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

·       2+ years of experience in Peoplesoft support or related roles.

·       Good understanding of business processes and how they are implemented in Peoplesoft modules.

·       Ability to work in the shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST (9 AM EST to 12:30 PM EST) as required.

·       Experience in troubleshooting client issues, decoding functional designs, and gathering requirements for enhancements.

·       Familiarity with creating or updating functional design documents, test plans, and test scripts.

·       Knowledge of any other Peoplesoft module is an added advantage.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
