JD:
· Utilize in-depth knowledge of HR
operations processes to assist in employee onboarding and orientation,
including new hire paperwork, orientation schedules, and welcome
communications.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date
employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) while
ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
· Support the recruitment process by
posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and
coordinating candidate communications.
· Manage the onboarding and off boarding
processes effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and
stakeholders.
· Handle background check (BGC)
processes efficiently, including coordinating with external vendors, tracking
progress, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Respond to employee inquiries
related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and programs with professionalism
and accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to organize and conduct employee engagement activities and events.
· Prepare HR-related reports,
presentations, and documentation as needed, demonstrating strong attention to
detail and accuracy.
· Contribute to HR projects and
initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee experience, and overall
organizational effectiveness.
· Stay updated with HR trends, best
practices, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations and
contribute innovative ideas to the HR team.
