Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automated testing
solutions for API, UI, and web services using automation tools such as
Parasoft, SOA Tests, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium.
·
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and
strategies.
·
Conduct thorough testing of web applications,
web services, and batching applications to ensure quality and reliability.
·
Write and execute automated test scripts,
analyze test results, and report defects effectively.
·
Utilize technical skills in Java, JavaScript,
J2EE, XML, unit-testing, and shell-scripting to enhance testing processes and
frameworks.
·
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, UNIX, Linux, and
Windows environments to perform database testing and system integration
testing.
·
Lead testing efforts on large-scale software
projects, including coordinating with team members, managing testing timelines,
and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
·
Stay updated with industry trends, best
practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing
methodologies and processes.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, or related field.
·
6 to 7 plus years of experience in QA automation
and/or development.
·
Strong expertise in API testing, UI testing, and
automation tools like Parasoft, SOA Tests, Junit, TestNG, Cucumber, and
Selenium.
·
Proficient in programming languages such as
Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages like Perl, Python, and shell script
(a plus).
·
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Quality
Assurance processes.
·
Technical experience with web applications, web
services, XML, unit-testing, and shell-scripting.
·
Hands-on experience with SQL, UNIX, Linux, and
Windows environments.
·
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
communication skills.
·
Demonstrable experience leading testing efforts
on large-scale software projects.
·
Ability to work independently and collaborate
effectively in a team environment.
