Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Buyer Associate

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Proven work experience as a buyer/Buyer Associate or in a similar role.

·       Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.

·       Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

·       Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and business application software.

·       Familiarity with purchasing and resource planning systems.

·       Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

·       Issue purchase orders and agreements.

·       Assess products and suppliers based on key business criteria (quality, cost, delivery time, etc.).

·       Ensure that purchased items meet our specifications.

·       Education: Any degree with relevant experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement.
