Responsibilities:
· Monitor, manage, and proactively
address tasks related to Windows Servers, SQL Servers, and iSeries servers.
· Coordinate and manage server
clean-up tasks, including patching and updates in coordination with vendors.
· Generate CSRs (Certificate Signing
Requests) and manage certificate renewals as needed.
· Manage security groups and service
accounts to ensure proper access control and security measures.
· Serve as the point of contact for
SRP Security team updates and collaborate on risk mitigation strategies.
· Handle ticket escalations and
provide 2nd/3rd line technical support as required.
· Assist in the life cycle management
of infrastructure components and ensure registration of servers in our
repository CMDB (Configuration Management Database) with regular updates.
· Collaborate with internal teams and
external vendors to ensure seamless technical operations and support for
clients.
Skill
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering
(BE/BTech) or Computer Applications (MCA) or equivalent.
· Experience in managing Windows
Servers, SQL Servers, and iSeries servers.
· Proficiency in server clean-up
tasks, patch/update coordination, CSR generation, and certificate renewals.
· Strong understanding of security
group management and service account management.
· Experience in handling technical
escalations and providing 2nd/3rd line support.
· Excellent communication and
coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and
vendors.
· Familiarity with CMDB tools and
infrastructure life cycle management practices.
