JD:
· Writing and maintaining code in
languages commonly used on mainframe systems such as COBOL, PL/I, or Assembler
· Developing and implementing software
solutions that meet the specific needs of healthcare providers, payers, and
other stakeholders
· Collaborating with other IT
professionals, including analysts, architects, and testers, to design and
implement integrated solutions
· Ensuring the security and integrity
of healthcare data stored and processed on mainframe systems, in compliance
with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act)
· Troubleshooting and debugging issues
in existing mainframe applications to ensure smooth operation and minimal
downtime
· Participating in system upgrades,
migrations, and other projects aimed at modernizing mainframe-based healthcare
system
