Responsibilities:
· Lead and execute full-cycle
implementation projects for SAP PP/QM modules, including requirements
gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
· Provide expert-level support and
troubleshooting for SAP PP/QM module in ongoing projects and post-implementation
support.
· Collaborate with business
stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and
propose SAP PP/QM solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
· Configure and customize SAP PP/QM
functionalities, including production planning, quality management, shop floor
control, material master, and batch management.
· Optimize and enhance existing SAP
PP/QM configurations to address business challenges and improve system
performance.
· Ensure seamless integration of SAP
PP/QM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FI/CO, as well as with
external systems.
· Conduct workshops, training
sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and project teams.
· Stay updated with SAP PP/QM
advancements, best practices, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance
and recommendations.
· Mentor junior consultants and
provide guidance on SAP PP/QM configuration, best practices, and project
methodologies.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in
a full-cycle implementation as well as in support projects in SAP PP/QM module.
· Strong understanding of SAP PP/QM
technical and business scenarios, functionalities, and integration with other
SAP modules.
· Familiarity with Agile methodology
and project management practices.
· Excellent problem-solving skills,
analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
· Ability to handle end-to-end SAP
PP/QM implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 8-10 years of hands-on experience as
an SAP PP/QM Consultant in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
· Expertise in SAP PP/QM
configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
· Strong knowledge of SAP PP/QM
functionalities such as production planning, quality management, shop floor
control, and batch management.
· Experience with SAP PP/QM implementations
in manufacturing or production industries is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with Agile methodology,
project management tools, and best practices.
· Excellent communication,
presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment.
· SAP certification in PP or QM
modules is a plus.
