Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Operations Analyst

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the day-to-day operations, including data entry, processing transactions, and handling customer inquiries.

·       Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office tools, with a focus on advanced Excel functions.

·       Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with regulations.

·       Conduct research, gather information, and contribute to the development of operational strategies and initiatives.

·       Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to operational activities.

·       Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

·       Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operations management.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

·       1-3 years of experience in operations, banking, or financial services industry.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·       Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, data analysis, and reporting.

·       Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

·       Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

·       Experience with CRM software or database management systems is desirable.
