· Design and develop Workday Core HCM
solutions to meet business requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems using Workday Data
Mapping & Conversions.
· Assist in defining requirements and
designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.
· Provide technical expertise and
guidance to team members on Workday Core HCM and related technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
· Must To Have Skills: Workday Core
HCM, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
· Strong understanding of Workday Core
HCM and related technologies.
· Experience in designing and
developing Workday Core HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
· Experience with Workday Data Mapping
& Conversions to ensure seamless integration of data across systems.
· Solid grasp of software engineering
principles and methodologies.
· The candidate should have a minimum
of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
· The ideal candidate will possess a
strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a
related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful
solutions using Workday Core HCM.
