Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst (CX Platform)

Responsibilities
· Must have CX platform awareness and previous experience
working in similar domain
· Need individual to experiment with the Medallia
developers portal for the custom application development
· Work closely with product owners to refine
requirements and adapt the platform architecture to the changing needs of our
customers
· Develop new user-facing features and
customer-driven enhancements to Medallia platform.
· Create fast, easy to use solutions that can be
implemented quickly and seamlessly to support diverse clients.
· Coordinate with external and internal vendors +
delivery teams during issue investigation and product enhancement projects
· Lead the L2 Support and coordination for all end
users requests
Qualifications
· Minimum Qualifications
· 1-3 years of experience in IT solution design and
implementation
· Previous experience with agile process, inclusive
of ability to work in fast-paced and distributed teams.
· Expert in customer/end user support management
· Excellent communication in English - both verbal
and written.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelors in CS, Engineering, or other advanced
degree.
· Medallia certified
· SQL and Relational Database
· Demonstrate strong IT platform management
