Job Title: Field Operations Data Specialist

Role mission:
· Data mining: Spend time finding and documenting
data from various databases that ladder up to core KPIs associated to specific
marketing goal.
· Performance analysis: Leveraging the data mined,
understand and translate performance to marketing stakeholders.
· Dashboard Maintenance: Ensuring the reliability and
accuracy of the dashboards by monitoring data sources, addressing any data
integrity issues, and performing regular updates.
· Tableau Team Liaison: Acting as a liaison with
Tableau development team to communicate user feedback, report issues, and stay
informed about updates and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:
· Analyze account data for ABM programs to identify
trends, patterns, and opportunities.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to
understand their data needs and provide packaged data insights in digestible
formats.
· Regularly present data findings to stakeholders,
highlighting actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
· Ensure dashboard functionality and address breaks
in user experience.
· Continuously monitor data quality and accuracy,
ensuring reliable and up-to-date information.
· Explore and experiment with ABM and AI digital
tools to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
· Actively contribute to the improvement of data
analytics processes and methodologies.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and
advancements in data analytics technologies.
· Collaborate with country and division marketing
teams to understand their requirements and push the boundaries of what ABM
tools can offer.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data
Science, Analytics, or Business.
· Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a
marketing or sales environment.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel,
SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
· Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and data
modeling techniques.
· Familiarity with ABM concepts and tools (Demandbase,
6sense, etc) is a plus.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
in a cross-functional team environment.
· Proactive mindset with a passion for exploring new
technologies and finding innovative solutions.
