Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: SAP FICO FA Consultant

Experience: 6-10 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on Fixed Asset Accounting module.

·       Configure and customize Fixed Asset Accounting functionalities in SAP S/4HANA, including asset classes, number ranges, screen layouts, and account determination.

·       Implement Asset Under Construction (AUC) configurations and processes in SAP S/4HANA.

·       Ensure smooth transition and data conversion of legacy asset data into SAP S/4HANA.

·       Collaborate with the ABAP development team to address any customization or development requirements related to Fixed Asset Accounting.

·       Work on interfaces and data integrations between Fixed Assets Accounting, Materials Management (MM), and Equipment Master (Plant Maintenance) modules for asset tracking purposes.

·       Prepare and review functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.

·       Coordinate with stakeholders and business users to gather requirements and provide solutions related to Fixed Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and Investment Management.

·       Provide expertise and support in taxation-related configurations and compliance within Fixed Asset Accounting processes.

·       Monitor and analyze the performance of Fixed Asset Accounting processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

·       Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users on SAP S/4HANA Fixed Asset Accounting functionalities.

·       Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements, new features, and best practices in Fixed Asset Accounting.

Required Skills:

·       Minimum of two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on Fixed Asset Accounting.

·       Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Basic asset accounting configuration in SAP S/4HANA.

·       Experience with Asset Under Construction (AUC) configuration and processes.

·       Expertise in legacy asset data conversion and data migration to SAP S/4HANA.

·       Experience in interfaces and data integrations between Fixed Assets Accounting, MM, and Equipment Master modules.

·       Ability to prepare and review functional specifications for system enhancements and developments.

·       Working knowledge of Fiori Apps and SAP S/4HANA user experience (UX) design principles.

·       Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with ABAP development teams.

·       Experience in integration between Fixed Asset Accounting, MM, and Equipment Master for tracking purposes.

·       Familiarity with taxation configurations and compliance within Fixed Asset Accounting processes.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

·       SAP certification in FICO or relevant SAP modules.
