Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to
gather requirements and understand business objectives for intelligent chatbots
and virtual assistants powered by Kore.AI.
· Design and develop intelligent
chatbots and virtual assistants using the Kore.AI platform, ensuring they meet
business needs and enhance user experience.
· Implement natural language
processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to improve conversational
capabilities and user interactions.
· Integrate chatbots with various
enterprise systems and third-party APIs to enable seamless data exchange and
functionality.
· Ensure the performance, security,
and scalability of Kore.AI solutions in collaboration with development and
operations teams.
· Work closely with UX/UI designers to
create a seamless and intuitive user experience for chatbot interactions.
· Stay updated on the latest trends
and technologies in conversational AI to drive innovation and continuous improvement
within the team.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Kore.AI
Technical Lead or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and
developing chatbots and virtual assistants.
· Solid understanding of natural
language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts, with the ability to
implement and optimize algorithms for conversational AI.
· Proficiency in programming languages
such as Python, Java, or Node.js for customizing and extending Kore.AI
functionalities.
· Experience in integrating chatbots with
enterprise systems and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and
functionality.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms
such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for hosting and deploying Kore.AI
solutions.
· Strong problem-solving and
analytical skills to address technical challenges and optimize chatbot
performance.
· Excellent communication and
collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders.
Preferred
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Kore.AI certification is a plus,
demonstrating expertise in the Kore.AI platform and its capabilities.
· Experience with other conversational
AI platforms is a bonus, showcasing versatility and familiarity with different
AI technologies.
