Key
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage AI projects from
conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and
technical feasibility.
· Develop and implement AI algorithms,
models, and solutions to solve complex business problems and optimize
processes.
· Conduct research, experimentation,
and prototyping with AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to gather requirements, design AI solutions, and integrate AI
capabilities into existing systems.
· Work on various AI tasks such as
machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision,
and predictive analytics.
· Evaluate and select appropriate AI
technologies, libraries, and platforms based on project requirements and
scalability considerations.
· Perform data preprocessing, feature
engineering, and model training/validation using large-scale datasets.
· Optimize AI models for performance,
accuracy, scalability, and efficiency, considering computational resources and
constraints.
· Implement AI solutions in production
environments, monitor performance, and conduct ongoing model maintenance and
optimization.
· Stay updated with the latest
advancements, research, and best practices in AI and related fields, and apply
them to enhance AI capabilities and applications.
Skills and
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
· 6-8 years of professional experience
in AI, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision roles.
· Strong programming skills in
languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++, with experience in AI
frameworks/libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
· Expertise in AI techniques,
algorithms, and methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning,
neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, transformers, etc.
· Experience with AI model deployment,
integration, and productionization using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure,
Google Cloud).
· Familiarity with data preprocessing,
feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, and model evaluation techniques.
· Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex AI projects and
deliver innovative solutions.
· Excellent communication, leadership,
and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in cross-functional
teams and mentor junior team members.
· Knowledge of AI ethics, bias
mitigation, and regulatory compliance considerations is a plus.
