Key
Responsibilities:
· Conduct due diligence on new clients
to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Review and analyze client
documentation to verify accuracy and completeness.
· Coordinate with internal
stakeholders to interpret regulations and implement necessary controls.
· Partner with Engineering teams to
develop and enhance workflows for regulatory compliance.
· Monitor and update existing client
profiles to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
· Assist in the preparation of reports
and documentation for regulatory audits and reviews.
· Stay updated with changes in
regulatory frameworks and communicate implications to relevant teams.
· Collaborate with other departments
such as Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management on regulatory matters.
· Maintain accurate records and
documentation related to client onboarding and due diligence processes.
· Participate in training sessions and
knowledge sharing activities related to regulatory compliance.

Education:
· Graduation or Post-Graduation in a
relevant field such as Business, Finance, Law, or Compliance.
Experience:
· 1-3 years of experience in
regulatory compliance, client onboarding, or related roles, preferably in the
banking or financial services industry.
