Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Financial Regulatory and Risk Reporting Analyst (Associate) (CA)

Experience: 5-7 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

Responsibilities / Tasks:

·       Support accounting and reporting matters, including validation and control functions of monthly financials, local reporting, and month-end cost sign-offs.

·       Perform cost reporting, analysis, and provide standard cost packs and information to stakeholders.

·       Handle inter-company accounting, invoicing, settlement, and reporting, addressing matters related to cost bookings in India entities.

·       Understand the end-to-end process flow of legal entity controls, cost bookings, and identify exceptions.

·       Responsible for balance sheet account substantiation on a monthly basis.

·       Assist in external statutory audit work on an annual basis.

·       Assist in regulatory filings and assessments related to income tax, transfer pricing, and service tax/GST.

·       Support internal audit work as required.

·       Assist in other financial reporting requirements such as risk forums, ALCO, and Board meetings.

·       Participate in change initiatives from a finance perspective, including system setups & changes, process review/re-design due to process improvement ideas/regulatory requirements.

·       Work closely with Finance Service centers at Pune and Manila.

·       Develop and leverage relationships with multiple teams within the organization to deliver on business goals.

·       Work with SAP and understand complex system architecture and platforms.

·       Prior experience with process migrations would be advantageous.

Experience / Exposure:

·       5+ years of working experience, preferably in finance teams of banks, securities firms, investment banks, or professional accounting/audit firms, or in a similar capacity in a BPO/KPO center. Controllership role experience is highly valuable.

·       Demonstrated experience working with multiple teams in a matrix organization.
