Responsibilities:
· Lead a small team of 4 to 5
engineers in the development and maintenance of automation frameworks using
Python in the Server, Storage, or Networking domain.
· Allocate work, mentor team members,
and ensure timely delivery of automation solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to understand requirements, resolve roadblocks, and track project
progress.
· Develop and execute automated test
cases to ensure high-quality software releases.
· Prepare and present weekly status
reports, highlighting project risks and mitigation plans.
· Continuously improve automation
processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 8-10 years of experience as a
Software Engineer, with significant hands-on experience in Python programming.
· Strong experience in developing and
maintaining automation frameworks.
· Proficiency in automation testing in
the Server, Storage, or Networking domain.
· Ability to lead and mentor a small
team, allocate work effectively, and resolve technical roadblocks.
· Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal, for effective collaboration and reporting.
