JD:
· Lead a team of Java developers,
providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support in designing, coding,
testing, and deploying Java-based applications.
· Conduct code reviews, identify areas
for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure
high-quality code standards and best practices.
· Collaborate with architects,
stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements,
design scalable solutions, and implement technical designs.
· Develop and maintain Java
applications, focusing on Java 8 programming, core Java concepts,
multithreading, and web service development (RESTful/SOAP).
· Implement and optimize data structures,
algorithms, and database interactions to ensure efficient and reliable
application performance.
· Design and implement database
transactions, stored procedures, and queries for data manipulation, retrieval,
and reporting purposes.
· Conduct performance tuning,
debugging, and troubleshooting of Java applications to identify and resolve
technical issues and bottlenecks.
· Stay updated on emerging Java
technologies, frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate), and best practices to
continuously improve development processes and methodologies.
· Provide technical leadership in
agile development environments, participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews,
and daily stand-ups, and contribute to project deliverables and timelines.
