JD:
· Conduct regular security
assessments, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and security
audits, to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
· Implement and manage cybersecurity
tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS),
endpoint protection, and security information and event management (SIEM)
solutions.
· Develop and enforce cybersecurity
policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements and industry best practices.
· Monitor and respond to security
incidents, alerts, and threats in real-time, conducting incident
investigations, root cause analysis, and remediation actions.
· Collaborate with IT teams and
stakeholders to design and implement security controls, secure network architectures,
and data protection mechanisms.
· Conduct security awareness training
and education programs for employees to promote cybersecurity awareness and
best practices.
· Participate in security incident
response exercises, tabletop simulations, and disaster recovery planning
activities to ensure preparedness for cyber threats and emergencies.
· Stay updated on emerging
cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends, and provide recommendations
for enhancing security posture and resilience.
· Provide technical guidance,
mentorship, and training to junior cybersecurity team members.
