of System Configurations, Customizations and processes.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for communicating with
business users to gather and analyze requirements, design, and deliver
solutions to address the needs of stakeholders
· Requirement analysis, Functional
design documents, working with the development team to assist in building the
solution, Unit Test, and provide support to business in testing the solution
and provide hyper care after go-live.
· Conduct functionality gap analysis
and participate in solution design workshops, CRPs, SITs, UATs, Production
Cutovers, Go-Live, and Post-implementation Support phases.
· Develop, implement and co-ordinate
project plan, provide timely updates, monitor critical path items, and provide
urgency and guidance to successful task completion leading to overall project
completion.
· Should have Strong trouble shooting
and analytical skills and must also be able to implement best practices in the
process areas.
· Document system specifications (SSDs
- high level), detailed design (DDDs), Unit Test Plans, Deployment Notes, etc.
· Manage Production Go Live Hypercare
Support activities for the client's Oracle cloud environment, including
Incident Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.
· Prepare instances up to business
requirements for Sprints, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance
Testing (UAT) cycles.
· Create comprehensive documentation
of system configurations, customizations, and processes
· Troubleshoot issues on various SCM
Modules like (INV, PO, OM) and analyze and solve root causes.
