JD:
· Provide technical support to
customers via phone, email, chat, or remote desktop sessions to resolve
technical issues and inquiries.
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and
network issues reported by customers and escalate complex issues to appropriate
teams or vendors.
· Analyze system logs, error messages,
and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of technical problems and
implement solutions.
· Install, configure, and maintain
software applications, drivers, and operating systems on customer devices.
· Perform system upgrades, patches,
and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security of customer
systems.
· Collaborate with development teams
to reproduce and diagnose software bugs and contribute to bug fixes and product
improvements.
· Document technical support
procedures, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in knowledge base articles and
support documentation.
· Provide training and guidance to
junior support engineers and new team members.
· Participate in on-call rotations and
provide after-hours support as needed.
