Roles and Responsibility

 Job title: Business Transformation - Application Technology

Experience: 3-6 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Orissa

JD:

·       Analyze existing business processes, systems, and applications to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop roadmaps for application technology initiatives.

·       Design, implement, and optimize application architectures and solutions to support business transformation goals and objectives.

·       Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance business operations and competitiveness.

·       Lead or participate in software development projects, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

·       Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for new and existing applications.

·       Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iteratively improve application functionalities and user experience.

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users and stakeholders for application-related issues.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
