JD:
· Coordinate the allocation of
resources including employees, contractors, and freelancers based on project
needs and availability.
· Maintain resource schedules, track
utilization rates, and optimize resource allocation for efficient project
delivery.
· Work closely with project managers
and team leads to identify staffing requirements and skill sets needed for
project assignments.
· Collaborate with HR and hiring
managers to source, screen, and onboard new resources as needed.
· Assist in resource planning and
forecasting to ensure adequate staffing levels for current and upcoming
projects.
· Monitor project timelines,
milestones, and resource requirements to proactively address staffing gaps or
overloads.
