JD:
· Develop and execute product
strategies aligned with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
· Define and prioritize product
features and enhancements based on user needs, competitive analysis, and
business value.
· Lead Agile development teams,
including Scrum Masters, developers, designers, and testers, to deliver product
increments in iterative cycles.
· Drive sprint planning, backlog
grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure
efficient and effective product development.
· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to
create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user
satisfaction and engagement.
· Conduct usability testing, gather
user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve the overall user experience.
· Communicate product vision, goals,
and priorities to stakeholders, executives, and team members.
· Facilitate alignment and
collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure a shared understanding of
product requirements and objectives.
