· Installation and Configuration:
· Expertly install, configure and
upgrade Exchange in a hybrid environment, ensuring compatibility with project
requirements and hardware infrastructure.
· Maintenance and Monitoring:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks,
including patching, upgrades, and health checks.
· Utilise monitoring tools to
proactively identify and resolve issues.
· Generate custom reports on mailboxes
through shell environments.
· Manage exchange cert renewals in a
hybrid environment.
· Troubleshooting:
· Conduct extensive message traces to
pinpoint mail flow issues.
· Manage connectors to divert mail
flow, whitelist servers and appliances for mail relay.
· Manage mailbox quotas and mailbox
policies.
· Experience of Active Directory (AD)
Administration in hybrid environment (on-prem, cloud)
· Experience on Azure AD Connect and
Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
· Experience of complex Active
Directory (AD) migration projects
· Experience of Active Directory (AD)
migration tools (e.g. ADMT, Quest)
· Experience on Active Directory (AD)
configuration (forest, domains, users, computers, and group policies)
· Experience of Exchange
Administration such as: install, configure and upgrade in a hybrid environment;
configuration, maintenance and monitoring (patching, health checks)
· Experience of wider Microsoft 365
Administration (e.g. SharePoint, PowerPlatform etc.)
