· Lead the development and
implementation of Snowflake data warehousing solutions to meet business
requirements.
· Design and execute ETL validation
processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Utilize Python to automate processes
and enhance data analytics capabilities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
· Drive continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance system performance and data quality.
· Ensure compliance with industry
standards and regulations specific to the Property & Casualty Insurance
domain.
· Provide technical guidance and

· Stay abreast of emerging
technologies and trends in data management and insurance technology.
· Optimize project management
methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
· Conduct thorough risk assessments

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Snowflake ETL Validation and Python is essential.
· Strong understanding of Property
& Casualty Insurance domain is required.
· Demonstrteated ability to lead
technical projects and teams.
