Responsibilities:
· Perform SAP Basis administration
tasks including system installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance
activities.
· Configure and manage SAP HANA
database instances, including backups, restores, and performance tuning.
· Monitor system performance, health checks,
and resolve technical issues in SAP landscapes.
· Implement and maintain SAP security
policies, user management, and authorizations.
· Collaborate with functional teams to
support SAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement system
enhancements.
· Perform system refreshes, client
copies, and transport management within SAP environments.
· Plan and execute system migrations,
system copies, and landscape transformations as required.
· Provide technical guidance,
documentation, and knowledge transfer to team members and end-users.
· Stay updated with SAP Basis and HANA
best practices, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 4-6 years of hands-on experience in
SAP Basis administration with exposure to SAP HANA.
· Proficiency in SAP system
installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
· Experience in configuring and
managing SAP HANA databases, including backups, restores, and performance
tuning.
· Knowledge of SAP security concepts,
user management, and authorizations.
· Familiarity with SAP transport
management, system copies, and client administration.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and
the ability to resolve technical issues in SAP landscapes.
· Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
environment.
· SAP certifications in Basis and HANA
are a plus.
· Experience with SAP Solution Manager
for monitoring and management is desirable.
