Responsibilities:
· Designing and developing
high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
· Collaborating with cross-functional
teams to define, design, and ship new features.
· Writing well-designed, efficient,
and testable code.
· Troubleshooting and resolving
complex technical issues in a timely manner.
· Performing code reviews and
providing constructive feedback to team members.
· Participating in all phases of the
software development life cycle (SDLC).
· Working closely with business
stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet
business objectives.
· Mentoring junior developers and
sharing best practices within the team.
· Staying up-to-date with the latest
technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 8-10 years of hands-on experience in
Java development.
· Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and
database design.
· Experience with Java frameworks such
as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
· Familiarity with web services
(RESTful, SOAP) and API development.
· Excellent problem-solving and
analytical skills.
· Ability to work independently and as
part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication and interpersonal
skills.
· Experience with Agile methodologies
is a plus.
· Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle
Certified Professional) are desirable but not mandatory.
