Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and maintain SAP
HANA systems, including system landscape design, sizing, and capacity planning.
· Perform system monitoring, health
checks, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance and availability
of SAP HANA databases.
· Manage user access, security
policies, and authorizations within SAP HANA environments.
· Implement and maintain backup and
recovery strategies for SAP HANA databases to ensure data integrity and
availability.
· Monitor and optimize data
replication, data loading, and data provisioning processes in SAP HANA.
· Collaborate with SAP Basis,
development, and functional teams to support SAP applications and projects.
· Implement and maintain high
availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for SAP HANA systems.
· Perform system upgrades, patches,
and migrations as required.
· Develop and maintain documentation,
standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for SAP HANA
administration.
· Stay updated with the latest SAP
HANA features, enhancements, and best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 4-8 years of hands-on experience in
SAP Native HANA administration.
· Proficiency in SAP HANA
installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
· Experience with SAP HANA database
backup and recovery strategies.
· Strong knowledge of SAP HANA
security concepts, user management, and authorizations.
· Familiarity with SAP HANA high
availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues in SAP HANA environments.
· Excellent communication and
collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
· SAP HANA certification is a plus.
· Experience with SAP Basis
administration and SAP technologies (such as BW/4HANA, S/4HANA) is desirable.
