JD:
· Network Support Services NAP
· Monitor the network proactively with
tools like NNM and customized scripts
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly
reports as per template
· Maintain static IP list and IP
address schema for internal & external networks
· Maintain VLAN details of CO/RO
network
· Coordinate with vendors for
technical support and follow escalation matrix till closure of the calls.
· Prepare and maintain inventory of
all network devices.
· Prepare and maintain inventory of
all network links details.
· All changes in the client
environment should be done in coordination with client network team with proper
approvals and change management process
· Logging calls, Vendor co-ordination
for WAN Links and Network hardware support with respective product vendors or
suppliers and tracking till closure.
· Resolution of all network related
calls in time, to follow escalation matrix for delayed response form service
providers.
· Creating configuration jobs in
customer provided tool to roll out mass changes across the network.
· Coordinating with DC & DRC
engineers in resolving network related issues of branches
