JD:
· Design, develop, and maintain
high-quality application code using Node.js.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to identify and prioritize features and enhancements.
· Perform maintenance, enhancements,
and/or development work on existing applications.
· Write clean, efficient, and
well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
· Participate in code reviews and
provide constructive feedback to other team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
· Strong proficiency in Node.js.
· Experience with AWS (Lambda, API
gateway, Dynamo DB, S3, KMS, Event Bridge, Cognito etc.
· Authentication / Authorization
processes (JWTs, session management etc...).
· API & SDK style development
(including stub definition/maintenance).
· Content delivery networks and
optimization (CloudFront).
· Automation (DevOps tooling for
CI/CD).
· Good understanding of security best
practices (e.g. secrets management in the cloud, identity and access
management, encryption in transit/at rest, secure by design, response headers,
rate limiting, data cleansing and validation etc
