Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 1-3 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.

·       Proven experience of working as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, or a related role.

·       Exceptional knowledge of working with Windows/ Linux and Mac OS systems.

·       Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.

·       Strong knowledge on troubleshooting. desktop and laptop support.

·       Candidates who have worked previously as a technical support will be an added advantage

·       Proficient knowledge of computer systems and their peripherals such as a printer, scanner, etc.

·       Experience with various network connections addressing.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best solutions to their queries.

·       Proficient knowledge of antivirus software.

·       Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

·       Exceptional customer service skills.
