Responsibilities:
· Lead and participate in the
implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module
projects, focusing on EC-C1.
· Gather and analyze customer
requirements related to core HR business processes (Hire to Retire) and
translate them into technical specifications.
· Configure and customize
SuccessFactors EC module, including Role Based Permissions (RBP), data models,
workflows, and business rules.
· Design and implement integration
interfaces between SuccessFactors EC and other HR systems or modules.
· Conduct workshops and training
sessions for stakeholders and end-users on SuccessFactors EC functionality and
best practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project
delivery.
· Provide ongoing support,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of SuccessFactors EC configurations and
integrations.
· Stay updated with SuccessFactors
product releases, new features, and industry best practices.
· Mentor and guide junior consultants
and team members on SuccessFactors EC implementation and best practices.
· Act as a subject matter expert (SME)
for SuccessFactors EC module within the organization.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 6-10 years of hands-on experience as
a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee
Central (EC) module.
· Deep knowledge and expertise in
SuccessFactors EC-C1, including Role Based Permissions (RBP), data models,
workflows, and business rules.
· Strong understanding of core HR
business processes from Hire to Retire and their implementation in
SuccessFactors EC.
· Ability to translate customer
requirements into technical specifications and configure/customize
SuccessFactors EC accordingly.
· Experience with SuccessFactors
integration tools and methods (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Data
Services).
· Excellent communication,
presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Project management experience and
familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
· SAP SuccessFactors certification in
Employee Central is highly desirable.
· Ability to work independently,
prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
